Terms of Use
By using Liminal Pools you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

What this app is
Liminal Pools is an analytics interface for Solana liquidity and a non-custodial front end for Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve program. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, market maker or investment adviser, and it provides no financial advice.
Non-custodial by design
We never hold your assets or keys. Transactions are prepared in your browser and signed by your wallet. You are solely responsible for reviewing what you sign and for the consequences of every confirmed transaction.
If you launch a token
You are the creator and operator of any token you launch through this app. You are responsible for its metadata, claims, marketing, community and legal compliance. You must not launch tokens that impersonate another project or person, infringe trademarks, are intended to defraud buyers, or breach the laws that apply to you.
We may remove any launch from our own directory at our discretion. That has no effect on-chain: the token and its pool continue to exist independently of this interface.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the app at scale, bypass provider rate limits, or use the app to conduct unlawful activity. We may restrict access to protect the service and its providers.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, failed transactions, provider outages, smart-contract behaviour, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Third-party protocols
Meteora, Jupiter and Solana are independent protocols and services. Interacting with them through this interface is at your own risk and subject to their own rules and code.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also the risk disclosure and privacy page.
